Description

Petroleum-coal feedstock for the production of technical carbon  

Petroleum-coal raw material is a specialized product intended for the production of various grades of technical carbon (carbon black). This raw material is a compounded mixture based on products of the coke and petrochemical industries and is manufactured in accordance with TU U 20.1-00190443-188:2013. 

We offer two grades of raw material—A and B—which allows technical carbon manufacturers to precisely tailor the production process to obtain products with specified characteristics.

Key characteristics and advantages:

    Optimized for high yield: A high correlation index (from 140 for Grade A, from 160 for Grade B) and controlled coke residue yield ensure maximum productivity and quality of the final product—technical carbon. 

    Consistent quality: Production in accordance with technical specifications guarantees the stability of physical and chemical parameters from batch to batch, which is critical for the technological process. 

    Low impurity content: Strict control of water content (no more than 1.0% for Grade A), mechanical impurities (no more than 0.02% for Grade A), and sodium ions (no more than 0.005%) minimizes the impact on equipment and carbon black quality.

Applications:

    The raw material is intended exclusively for the production of various grades of technical carbon.
